Philippians 3:20
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ
Look up to heaven from whence God and Jesus reside. Look for the Savior, even the Lord Jesus Christ, and ye shall find Him. Especially, look for Jesus early in the morning when your mind is clear and refreshed from a night’s rest, and your mind isn’t cluttered with all sorts of things collected from a full day’s mental and physical activities. Putting Christ early in the morning brings one joy and faith. It gives you hope for a successful and rewarding day.
The main idea is that we LOOK for our Savior. When we are looking for Him, we are thinking about Him, and when we are thinking about Him, we are fulfilling the sacramental instructions to “always remember Him,” so that we may have His Spirit to be with us.
